Return and Warranty Policy
All items purchased from LSR Sports retail locations and our online store come with a warranty. Standard 12 months manufacturer warranty periods and rules for specific devices that are industry standard will apply. Please note that the warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
LSR Sports will make every effort to process warranty returns in a timely manner and in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws.
If an item has a major defect, you may choose between a refund or an exchange.
This applies when an item:

Has a defect that would have stopped someone from buying it

Is significantly different from the sample or description

Does not function properly
Warranty Does Not Cover (Bats & Soft Leather)

Toe damage caused by yorkers or mishits

Damage due to lack of knocking-in/playing-in or incorrect usage

Poor preparation/maintenance (e.g., no toe guard, over/under oiling, etc.)

Damage from moisture (rain/wet weather) or heat (leaving in car, direct sunlight, etc.)

Damage from non-leather or synthetic/composite balls (including bowling machine balls)

Improper use (e.g., hitting objects other than cricket balls, such as stumps)

Can I cancel my order?

Orders for custom-made uniforms (made-to-order styles with team colors/logos) cannot be cancelled.

Orders for stock items (non-branded, in original packaging with swing tags) may be eligible for return. Please contact us to confirm.
